Sino-French equine culture exhibition opens in Beijing_我的网站

A |     (ECNS) -- A major Sino-French exhibition on horse culture opened Sunday at Prince Kung’s Palace Museum in Beijing, bringing together more than 260 equine-themed artworks from both countries.    Titled Riding into Reflection: A Sino-French Exhibition on Equine Culture, the show features more than 60 items from France’s Château de Chantilly alongside over 200 works from Chinese museums and the Hong Kong Jockey Club.        Displays range from paintings and sculptures to children’s games such as Chinese Mongolian chess and French pony chess.    Sun Dongning, curator of the exhibition, said horses have carried cultural memories across civilizations, from the Chinese tradition of identifying exceptional horses to the Western ideal of chivalry and honor.    The exhibition highlights shared themes through images, videos and live performances, pairing China’s Naadam Festival with French dressage.    Running through Nov. 29, the exhibition marks a long-term collaboration between Prince Kung’s Palace Museum and the Château de Chantilly, underscoring how equine traditions continue to bridge cultures.    (By Helen Mo & intern Liu Shuangjing)                    。    Los Angeles, Oct 20 (UNI) An F-35 crashed at the Hill Air Force Base in the US state of Utah at the north end of the runway, with the pilot hospitalized after ejection, military authorities said.



According to a tweet from the 388th Fighter Wing, the accident occurred Wednesday evening when the unidentified pilot was on a routine training mission. The combat unit flies the F-35 for the United States Air Force and operates the Utah Test and Training Range.



"At approximately 6:15 p.m. an F-35 A Lightning II crashed at the north end of Hill Air Force Base runway. On and off base emergency crews responded immediately," the tweet read.



"The pilot ejected, was recovered and has been taken to local medical center for observation. The cause of the crash is unknown and will be investigated. More information will be provided as it becomes available," another tweet posted later said.
